Refund policy
At Strong Beards, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received, we are here to help.
Returns:
You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@strongbeardsclothing.com with your order number and the reason for returning the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Shipping:
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your store credit.
Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days.
